Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Butter and flour three 6-inch cake pans and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cake flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine the milk, sour cream, and vanilla extract; set aside.
