  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 2 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices deli turkey
  • Thin tomato slices (from 1 medium red tomato)
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: slice the tomato thinly and set aside.
  2. Assemble the sandwich by spreading honey mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Layer cheese, turkey, tomato, spinach, and another slice of cheese on two slices; top with remaining bread.
