  • 6 to 7 cups chicken stock or vegetable broth
  • 4 large eggs, whisked
  • Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  2. Add torn stale bread to the pot, tossing it in the garlic oil before cooking for another 3 minutes.
