  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Sear steak tips in a heated skillet until browned on all sides; set aside.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet until golden.
  4. Add chicken broth and simmer; then stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and simmer until tender.
  6. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and combine with steak and sauce.
