- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup small pasta (like ditalini)
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, and minced garlic to the slow cooker; mix well.
