1 pound elbow macaroni
1 pound cooked small shrimp
3 stalks celery (diced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
3 green onions (sliced thin)
1 cup frozen peas
1.5 cups plain low-fat yogurt
0.25 cup fat-free mayonnaise
0.25 cup Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, yellow mustard, soy sauce, and Italian dressing until smooth.
