  • 1 ounce package dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 packages plain oyster crackers (9 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and line two large baking sheets with non-stick aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper until well blended.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the oyster crackers and pour the butter mixture over them. Gently stir with a rubber spatula until all crackers are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through until they turn light golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Allow them to cool before serving.
