  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and set aside the icing.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cinnamon roll pieces, seal, and shake until coated.
  4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter. Layer half of the coated cinnamon rolls in the bundt pan; drizzle half of the butter mixture over them. Repeat with remaining dough and butter.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate; drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin spice on top.
