  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay a double layer of cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of cheddar on it.
  3. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the cheddar and cover completely with the remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a ball shape; use rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before removing rubber bands and topping with the bell pepper stem.
