  • 1 & 1/4 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 & 3/4 ounce (1 box) SURE-JELL fruit pectin

Instructions

  2. Reduce heat slightly and cook for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
  3. Add the fruit pectin and stir until dissolved; continue boiling for an additional minute.
  4. Mash the mixture to your desired consistency using a potato masher or handheld immersion blender.
  5. Ladle the jam into sterilized 8-ounce glass canning jars, leaving a 1/2-inch clearance at the top.
  6. Allow to cool for an hour before sealing with lids; refrigerate overnight to solidify.
