Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
