  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 10 ounces yellow cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup scallions (minced)
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ dozen soft slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and fold into the creamy mixture.
  4. Slice the rolls in half. Spread the filling evenly on both halves.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing the top halves on the filled bottoms.
  6. Pack tightly in a greased baking pan and brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
