  • 2 cups dry rotini pasta
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients: chop onions, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes; shred the chicken; measure broth and seasonings.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
