  • 8 oz linguine
  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Stir in lemon zest and juice for about 1 minute. Add reserved pasta water and bring to a simmer.
  4. Combine drained linguine and cooked chicken in the skillet, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
