- 2 tablespoons turkey bacon grease
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Optional: balsamic reduction or balsamic vinegar for drizzling
