Instructions

  5. For the filling, combine chopped nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. On a floured surface, roll out chilled dough into thin rectangles.
  7. Spread the nut mixture evenly over each rectangle and roll tightly into logs before slicing into individual cookies.
  8. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake cookies on a parchment-lined sheet for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
