  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 56 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups pureed tomatoes
  • Fresh parsley, oregano, mint, and dill
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 and 1/2 cups reserved onion broth
  • 34 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions
