  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup corn starch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sour cream, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla until combined. Pour over crust.
  4. Toss apples with brown sugar, nutmeg, and lemon juice; layer over cheesecake filling.
  5. Mix oats and flour; sprinkle over apples.
