  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 package cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the cheese-filled ravioli according to package instructions; drain.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the beef mixture, followed by half of the ravioli and half of the cheeses. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
