  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, semi-crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Mix in brown sugar, flour, and salt until well combined.
  3. Press 1 3/4 cups of the mixture into the prepared pan; set aside remaining mixture.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, melt sweetened condensed milk with dark chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Pour melted chocolate over the baked crust evenly.
  7. Sprinkle reserved crust mixture on top and add semi-crushed raspberries.
  8. Return to oven and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
