  • 12 medium button or cremini mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup green onions
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
