  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil two mini muffin tins.

  3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tins, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
