  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for dipping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt to the wet mixture; stir until fully blended.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls (1 to 2 tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in short intervals until smooth.
  7. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet; sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for an hour to set before serving.
