  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1½ ounces whole milk

  • ¼ cup black cocoa powder
  • (3.4oz) box instant chocolate fudge pudding mix (unprepared)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 additional large egg yolk
  • 2 ounces whole milk
  • 1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Reese's Pieces
  • ¾ cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, whole milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powders, pudding mix, powdered milk, salt, and baking soda.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients while blending until fully incorporated.
  5. Beat in granulated sugar and softened butter until fluffy. Add the large egg and egg yolk one at a time, and mix well.
  6. Fold in Reese's Pieces and Peanut Butter Chips.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts onto a lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
