  • 3 shallots, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 400g lean ground beef
  • 400g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 500g gnocchi
  • 120g mature cheddar cheese, grated
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Salt and black pepper

  3. In the same pan, sauté shallots, carrot, and celery until softened.
  4. Add garlic and ground beef; cook until browned.
  5. Stir in herbs, tomatoes, chicken stock, tomato paste, and vinegar; simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Incorporate the cooked chicken and gnocchi; simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper before transferring to a baking dish.
