  • For the glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1-2 teaspoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, brown sugar (or coconut sugar), maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
