  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, for extra richness
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning, then cook until browned (4–5 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes, then add beef broth and heavy cream; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and cheeses until melted and smooth; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Combine pasta and steak in the skillet; toss in sauce and simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
