  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
