  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Non-stick cooking spray

  2. Pour the mixture into a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes until apples are tender.
